Drivers for ml101u29-25

I know I posted a mistake on the subject-but I want to ask: does anyone know of a stable driver for the red laser?

I want to build a 300mw red laser with ml101u29-25 diode-

I have a few options:
-Lm317
-Lm338

But those are all familiar builds and these drivers are very hot..So someone know a driver with a reasonable price but can get high performance -I think a 340ma power is too small for a laser-and someone already knows -please help me:yabbem::yabbem::yabbem::yabbem::yabbem::yabbem::yh:

Those drivers are made for case positive diodes like 808nm ones. Thus the 532nm and IR in the listing. If you use one with a case negative diode you will short out your batteries. Be very careful when using drivers made for 532nm lasers for anything else.

That driver is very unstable
