Hello, of these two modules laser class 3b...

635-638nm 200mw Red Module/12V TTL Laser Moudle/Orange Red laser beam.

That beam is more visible for the human eye?
Is there enough difference among beam?

Exactly, the 635nm will be brighter...
250mW of 650nm = 110-120mW of 635nm (link)

But the divergence of the 635nm diodes is horrible.

I am awaiting that arrive two modules green and blue/violet of 50mW and 200mW.

I look for information of DiY galvos, or to buy some economic to experience.
