Today I opened up my dilda and it looked really bad from inside, is it normal?

Primary CR2s are long themselves, UltraFire are even longer (26.8 vs 27.6 mm).

It should be fine. That black stuff would be epoxy to prevent people from messing around and breaking stuff. The only thing to be worried about is if that spring touches the side of the laser... then say goodbye to your batteries.

The Ultrafire cell looks to have a protection circuit, that's why it's longer.
