I am looking for an already built 635 nm laser in the 20-100 mW range. I don't seem to be having much luck. Thank you!

You aren't going to have much luck at all, I've been looking for a long long time. I can show you where to get 20-60mW TO-18 635 diodes but they aren't cheap at around 400 bucks. Your best bet would be to make your own :/
