I don't have a heatsink but I do just fine.
it's running 340mA at 6V.
It's a beast at burnings and I am really happy with it :)

Actually I have a cpu heatsink but it's massive and fat, I won't get in that box :(

you can pick one up at home depot for 2 to 3$
There was a post someone who is not getting over Co2 poisoning will show you.
It is cheap and works great the only tool you will need is a vice. or sandpaper and a nice set of pliers.

so you can say I can get a small, lite heatsink at homedepo that will fit the needs of this LD?

better than what you have now. i would still recommended you keep a low on time with that as its not huge
