635nm 5mw diodes on EBay

635nm bright red laser diode DL 6353TL 7mW NEW One pc

It's sold by Lasers66, but I haven't found it on their website. DLxxxx are Sanyo diodes. They offer them (it?) for $5. They're only 5mW so only good for pointers or supercooling experiments. Still a nice price for a rare color diode. There's also a datasheet on the ebay page.

Rare? low power 635's have been around for ages. I have a <5mw 635 on my desk that HAS to be over 10 years old (Can't remember when I got it, but it was at least that long ago, if not longer. There's no label on it but I'm pretty sure it's around that wavelength because it's noticeably more orange looking than my 650's
