@Le Quack - That diode was why I was so excited when o-like came out with the 200mW 635nm.

Unfortunately that's not the diode they ended up using:(

I would love to have a single mode 638nm, but not willing to pay that much. At least not yet:p

Way to expensive!

180mw of 635nm = 400mW 650nm not bad..

But of course the diode will put out more than that for sure.

I might would be interested. I see three have been sold, anyone here? How are those beam specs? I'm looking for a nice round dot with a tight beam. I don't love the multimodal 635's very much.

I'd love 180-200 mW of well-shaped 635!
