Hi, I've just bought another one of these after recommendation on this website.

Any ideas on the duty cycle? i.e. how long can I leave it running for? Also eye protection, is it a requirement for 200mW red laser?

I would say 1min.on and 30sec. Off and yes you need safty glasses for any laser over 5mw..

Thanks, several suppliers in the UK for safety goggles in the 600 - 700 nm range, but the cheaper goggles appear to be sold as a fashion item! What's your view on this:
