Yep, that's what we call the "dilda" around here... The first one is the original dilda, the second is the "new" dilda. The original is more thoroughly tested, though if you search the forums a bit more you should be able to find some reviews of the new one.

For the first one, I know if you replace the 3v batteries with 3.6v ones you get a significant increase in power. I'm not sure if that's safe to do with the new one though.

It's the same body, the only change is the focusing lengs.

@root: For the new version you are getting the CR2 batteries, but I anyway would buy the old version and then get two 3.6V CR2 with charger from ebay. Also, GET SAFETY GOOGLES.

Okey, but where can I find CR2 3.6v batteries? Today I went to city and checked some stores and none of them got 3.6v. It feels like v2 should be better than v1, but if you guys says that v1 is better I trust that. Which cheap goggles is recommended?

There are not cheap googles. theyare expensive, but well, theyare worth your eyes :p

3.6CR2 rechargeables batteries are raelly hard to find. search on ebay :p

they sell rechargable CR2's localy at all Batteries Plus stores.

dont know where you live, but try mapquesting one. it'l be worth it. they are MUCH cheaper from the chinese ebay sellers.
