I wonder what the pricing is on those..

The datasheet says 5.6mm but the pic
in that link is of 9mm's.

Below is the current volume pricing for
HL6388MG

Quantity: Unit: Price/Unit:
1 EACH $368.17
6 EACH $294.54
11 EACH $257.72

They have a group buy at photonlexicon for the 150mW ones. $120 each.

Why would you want one of the 150mW ones. The LOC diodes beat them in every way. (Except for Wavelegnth)

Hmmm also looks like the 638nm Mitsubishi ML520G72 500mw group buy on PL is falling apart with PayPal claims & refunds.

Because 150mW at at 638nm will blow a 200mW 660nm LOC diode out of the water, a ~40mW 635 is almost as bright as a 200mW dilda someone has, they recently posted pictures.

Brightness of course. The 640nm diodes are more than twice as bright as a LOC.

EDIT: Proto was faster

So no type of lenses and focusing can make the beam nice? We'll never see these in a laser host?

They will have a square beam similar to a 445 but probably thinner and wider

Why do we never see GBs for rare colors like the 500s? Are they not made?
