???

What type of laser. If its a polarized laser, rotating the film will attenuate from 0 to 100% of the beam (though a strong laser would likely burn away the film).

it would be the 650(ish) 200mW(ish). i'm looking to combine green with red and aparently the red will need to be polarised. i will use a cube from a dvd burner- like so.

It will allow 100 percent through or you can rotate it by 90 degrees and get 0 percent because diode lasers are polarized.
