When I target my laser on the wall 1 meter far from me' how much it hurt my eyes?
I have glasses number -4.5 in my lens and they for see to long distance so how much my laser hurt my eyes if I use it one year, 30 minutes every day?
If I buy this glasses its fully protect my eyes?:

On a rougher surface such as a wall, there is no risk of eye damage from 200mW of green. Reflections from mirrors, glassware, windows, water or any other specular reflections are quite hazardous, and should be avoided by wearing goggles at all times.

Yeah, direct reflections will certainly hurt your eyes. Even with my 155mW on a white, rough surface wall it kinda hurts my eyes if I look at it for more than 10 seconds. Don't take any chances!! You only get 1 set of eyes!! :yh:

I bought my safety glasses here
Laser Glasses - UV to Green Lasers Protection 190-548nm :: Laser Safety :: Dragon Lasers

They are OD>4 and were only $25.00. Very good for the price.

This glasses fully protect my eyes?
If I wear them and I target my laser on my eyes it still hurt me?
If I target my laser to white wall 1 meter distance from me it won't hurt me?
Does this glasses protect my eyes such as your glasses?:
