I have tried to get that lens out of the barrel many times... the inner ring has no slots in it..

Since the lens is broken anyway i made those slots myself by force ^^ but still the inner ring does not even move... it is almost like it is glued in place.

I just took some measurements and the lens must be approximately 4mm from the top of the diode.
I don't know if that helps at all or not, but there it is.

So ... funny thing happened.... recently i bought this laser
http://laserpointerforums.com/f45/green-ebay-laser-problem-89007.html

and as you can see it's broken ^^''
So i thought why not try to put the focus lens from that laser into my blue laser...

And it works! ^^ just have to check at night to see if it's focused good at a distance too but inside the house it works fine.

Just one question.. what is the best way to clean a focus lens without damaging it? because i think it's dirty since i see big half circles next to the dot.

I have found the axact same laser as i have on the site of OXlasers.
My laser works now with a cheap lens i took from a broken laser i had but it doesn't work perfectly because the beam and dot at a distance look like sh*t...

So i have send the seller an email asking what type of focusing lens is used in this laser.
Now i am waiting for a reply :)

The seller i had contact with contacted her supplier who told her the type of laser is a 009 laser? i do not really understand what they mean by that.
I asked for the name of the lens many times but i am not getting any clear answer to it...
