I move in on the Wednesday before that weekend, and I don't bring a car to school. Hitching a ride with someone may be doable, but that remains to be seen.

I'm still looking at going. I'm hoping to get one of my buddies here to come along so he can help out with gas.

If you want to split gas , I might be able to make the trip up to Blacksburg, and then we can go down to Selem In NC! Once again a huge "maybe" so I would hVe to do extensive planning to see if it's even feasible, but if it is, then I would be more than happy to pick you up, meet another very intelligent laser enthusiast, and have a good time!
We've got one coming up in Portland, Oregon June 10-12
