what do you guys thing about this diode?

hi all i don't know where to post about this sorry is is the wrong section,
lets start
in my first blu-ray build i used this BR diode and the powergraph that come with it shows that the diode can run at 230mA and get a high power of 210mW.

i did contact the seller and he told me that he drive this diode at 350mA with glass lens and got 414mW and died at that current.(350mA)
so my question is What do you guys thing this diode is?maybe GGW?
if is a GGW for 29$ is a steal!

**EDIT** Even his own graph shows a HUGE kink at 120mA. That means that it must be kept below that current to survive

I have to agree with dave, it is VERY likely that diode is a 803T.

Performance wise and price wise. He buys the diode for ~10 sells for 30. E-bay is not a charity you will notget 6x or better diodes for less than you can get them on this forum.


There is always the chance you might snag a great deal/steal on e-bay, this is not one of those moments.
