I've been talking to the people at the university for a couple months.

This isn't exactly something you can just plug in and let 'er rip either. You'd need a pretty beefy phase converter, or 3-phase power. Not to mention shipping alone is going to be a few hundred bucks

I bet it's 15W, it's exactly the same as I saw on Ebay. How much did you pay for it ? 9000 $ ?
