I want one! So, can you tell us how much it cost - roughly? Also, where did you get and how did you choose it? I want a lathe, but I don't know how to tell which one is a good one.

Also, is it hard to learn or are you finding the learning curve to be fairly easy? I'd really like a lathe!

I figured YouTube is a good starting point. It has changed how we can learn things these days! So not too hard to learn huh? I am very tempted. Thanks for your replies. In the other post you said about $650, that isn't too bad.

How big can you work with that lathe? And where is it available?

Ok, I called my local store and they have it in stock... What was the other things you said I needed? Some quick disconnect and I have SOME taps and dies. What about tools!

Thanks so much. Do you think it is better to get the one you were talking about on eBay?

Also, the lathe shows as being on sale for $499 on the website. Were you able to use the coupon on top of the sales price?

+1 for little machine shop. They have great accessory kits for the mini lathe.
