You did a very good job.
What I'm referring to when I say "washed out lines", is that all the machining is still crisp, I've seen a lot of polish jobs ware the corners, knurling, etc.; are gone and the piece looks it went through a rock tumbler.

also in the knuckling of the handle on yours did you have trouble getting that cleaned or is there still some anodizing in there? it looks dark in the groves.

No problem with the anodizing just with the polish sticking in the groves so I used a soft toothbrush and it came right off.
And yeah my first couple pictures where taken in poor lighting but if you scroll down there where a couple I took outside that look better.
