i jusy got my blueray laser up and running so i decided to try to get them lined up and have a white dot!
i am using my 200mw 660nm red laser, my 125mw 532nm green and my homemade blueray laser ?mw 405nm
the red and green are too strong for my blueray so i filtered some of the red light out through a green ruler and i filtered some of the green laser with a glass of red cordial.
heres a picture of the setup below.

yes i am still using the aixiz housing, it wasnt that hard to focus it must have something to do with its wavelength because it has a divergence of 0.15 mrad! the dot is only 1cm at 34m and 5mm at the apeture. i scratched up the lens pretty bad though so there is lots of speckle but the speckle only shows up at a long distance on something flourescent.
the picture below is a peice of a4 paper at 34m showing all of the speckle as well as the very good divergence.

yea, im a bit afraid of selling it in that case on ebay so im just going to keep it for my collection and buy a new one and put it in an aluminium projet box.
