I just got my new lpm yesterday. I took 5 day to it to get to me from when I ordered it. When I asked MarioMaster any questions he responded very fast. So for service considering I got my order in 5 days I would give it a 10/10.:yh:
The laser I am lpming is my lowest power 445nm laser. There is only one con which may or may not be true. I suspect that the lpm gives power reading slightly underspec. I have a friend who ordered a survivallasers kit and I told him to come over and we could lpm it. the laser peaked 930mw and then dropped to 880mw and was steady there. It could be that he got an underspec laser but I don't think survivallasers has given out underspec lasers. I am also aware that MarioMaster is a good guy so I don't know which item is a little of. I know my friend is not to good with lasers he has broke many of them. He may have done something to it but I am not sure. Also how do you make the pictures bug on the page.

The laser is underspec or the meter is miscalibrated. Without another laser of known power there is no way to tell for sure.
 
My 1 watt blue laser peaks 1.3 watts and then drops to 1.1 watt. my friend doesn't really care about his laser that much and is fine with 900mw but I care about my lpm and want to make sure it is giving me true readings.
 
I am not sure what the problem with the laser is I think he email garoq about it but I am not sure. I guess there is know way to tell if my lpm is reading the lasers wrong.
 
I know some one who lives kinda close to me with a radient electronics alpha lpm maybe I will see what his lpm reads compared to mine. How do I recalabrate an lpm

I disagree somewhat.

With an Aixiz 3-element lens, I don't think you should count on 1.2A giving more than 1W - certainly not as a rule. It will sometimes, and not others.

A lot of people seem to be shocked when they get their first LPMs ;)

I was kinda disappointed with my other lasers being kinda underspec. I just want to make sure they are actually underspec and it is not my lpm which is reading it wrong.

Yobresal sells his 1.1-1.2 W running at no greater than 1.25 A. All my lasers that run at 1.2-1.3 A output more than 1.1 W with an aixiz 3- glass lens. Either the diode is underspec or the lpm miscalibrated. And yes, you CAN count that it will output >1W if the diode is up to spec AND I believe SL does not sell underspec diodes.

MY 1 watt blue just read 170mw on low batterie I think there might be a problem with the lpm. I smoked something yellow from 7 feet away like It does when 1 watt. I am charging the batteries I hope the lpm reads it higher.

when the batteries are fully charged I will show an lpm video of the power I hope it is at least 900mw. it did 1.1 watt last night.
