In consideration of how many folks got a yellow in the recent group buy, I would like to petition all of you to post pics here. This site is seriously lacking yellow laser pictures.

I'll start...

4.5mw greenie vs ~8mw yellow...

IR filter removed...

failed attempt at a time tunnel...

vs a 536... terrible quality...

again, about 20 feet away...

vs the same 4.5mw Lyra posted above (fickle ass yellows)...

You're right there aren't that many pics of yellow (orange) lasers!

Anyway, you're right , this site is lacking yellow laser media.Especially yellow lasers burning

That must be an awesome color to behold in reality.

yellow is an awesome color. It is, by far and away, my favorite!

Anyway, you're right , this site is lacking yellow laser media.Especially yellow lasers burning

That must be an awesome color to behold in reality.

I can't imagine anyone here on this forum, except perhaps Frothy Chimp, having access to a yellow capable of burning.....now that would be a very, very rare sight to see!

Worth every penny. With the change in weather and a new type of battery, mine has gone through the roof for power. It's gone from occasionally being almost at my 5mw Lyra in brightness (about 3mw of green brightness, the brightest it ever spiked to before was about the same) to spiking about twice as bright for 4-5 seconds and dying down to about 5-6 mw green brightness. It's been doing this now for about three days. If it's still doing it come this weekend, I'm gonna get pics.

I can't get over how fickle these yellows are! (I'm really wishing I had access to a meter here)

I'll post some pics of mine tonight, it can peak at 10mW when it wants to, but then again,sometimes it won't even lase yellow.

Is that about what yours does? Can I guess that I'm peaking around 10mw?

The batteries started to go today and it dropped to TEM01, but I stuck some new batteries in there and it went right back to it's uber mode. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow since I'm off.
