Chicky... just let people buy what they want to buy. I´m sure you´re not that expert who can weigh all the pros and cons. No one is able to do this, cause many of us like stylish lasers, not only the cheap ones! And LPF easily gets boring when everyone here has the same hand of lasers.
It bothers me that you tell laser veterans as 2007Revolution (gold Lyra), ixfd64... that they bought the wrong laser.
That really sucks!

Wicked lasers are wayyyyy to overpriced. I mean $300 for 100mw? come-on! A little cnc-ed aluminum doesn't cost THAT much. Hommade lasers can look really nice too. Its not that hard to machine aluminum and anodizing can be done in your garage.
 
Are you guys serious? You start a war because of WL? Personally I hate WL because of their prices. That's just my opinion.
