Poorman's version of "The Torch"

i just got all the stuff to make one you can even feel the heat without the lens

Could you pleas help though -how do you intall the new glass optic and take out the old lens

Basically what you do is there are little indentions on a plastic piece that holds the lens in place, use a pair of needlenose pliars or something pointy, stick it into those indentions, and if I remember correctly screw it clockwise, or it may be counter-clockwise, I can't remember, but just try one direction and if that doesn't work try the other. Then just screw it out all the way once its loosend and put the new lens and do the opposite! Hope this helps.
