Here are some pics submerging my glass sphere in water (very unspectacular), using 405nm's and uranium marbles in a few, and a new "Apple" crystal I picked up at the Empire State Building Observatory store during the week. Also used in a few were the gypsum I got from Skeez and quartz I got in Mexico. I did try something different in suspending small mirrors (along with my 24"x3" mirror) off the table on my ring stands and I think that has potential in the future. Enjoy.

Really like how your showing the mounts and setup as well as the "cropped" pictures. Really inspiring. I found myself getting diffraction gratings just because of your pics.

Oh I was planning on ordering some from dragon lasers. An order up to 8 gratings has the same $18 shipping. If anyone would like to go in and save on some shipping, that would be great for everyone. Jus let me know and we can work something out .

I yearn for 589, 473.

Spectacular mirror and crystal play once again, Bruce:beer:. God, how much do I envy you the yellow you've got there:D. The crystal apple together with the obelisk shaped crystal create an enjoyable laser beam atmosphere, they do indeed. Basically any object capable of reflecting and redirecting laser beams must be a very good candidate for photo-shooting, and the ones you've used this time turned out damn well!

Lovely weekend showtime:gj:.

EDIT: agreed with Tmack, 473nm and 589nm are missed so much on my side;).

Hey,

Tmack - PM

Gismo - I am lucky I got my 589nm 5mw (and 593.5 6mw) about a year ago since it seems to be such a problem getting this GB finalized. I hope for both our sakes it happens. A 473nm will be mucher easier to get I think. I got one in Offroads 2nd GB, a 30mw. But it seems Jetlasers has some real nice more powerful ones. I may have to get one in the future. At the Empire State Bldg store they had crystal renditions of the building about 12" high for 2 to 300 dollars, out of my budget, but I was drooling knowing what kind of neat stuff I could have done with them photographicly

Behur - In the water with the glass sphere are uranium marbles, which glow green when used with a 405nm, or any ultraviolet light source. Try using the search engine on this forum or typing Uranium marbles into Google and you will see there are many places that sell them.

Hwang - Thanks as always
