I'm not sure how trustworthy the source was, though.

Interesting. I hope I didn't waste a ton of paint just to deter the effect. The box did say "2 coats for MAXIMUM brightness". I just figured the more the merrier and didn't really test between coats.

I use it for Game nights with friends, it's a fun way to play pictionary because it fades fast and hard to draw on at a distance

Even better, use a stir stick or a screw driver and stir the crap outta it. Dig right to the bottom of the can and try to stir the glow material up to mix in the top.

There was a post from a feller on this forum not to long ago with something similar but he was getting no where near this kind of resolution. That second video you posted where they add the pixels sporadicly came out amazing. Drawing first and using time delay for the darker sections is genius. Very cool stuff, thx for sharing.

I picked mine up at a local, small town hardware store. I imagine any place that carries Rustoleum products could order it in for you.

LOL! Love to do it but I'll be lucky if the glow board is allowed to last out the week. It might have to find a new home in the basement.

Not that I know of. But I'm sure with enough studying you could figure it out. I would think combing parts from a laser projector, and a plotter could get you started. Then you'd have to figure out some duration math, ect.

If they did it, I'm sure one of us could figure it out.

My wife bought me that paint and I love it! You can make anything glow with a low power 445 or 405. Anyways... the best thing to do with paint that layers out is place it upside down (from the position its sitting) and just leave it sit for an hour or so and then give it a little stir with a paint stick

I got some glow powders, highly recommend V10 for brightness, but grain size is about that of sandbox sand. I use it to accent features on my flashlights and make my keys glow different colors.
