There's no risks in drinking it after having lased it .....

..... until the drink starts to climb up the glass, following your movements and trying to reach you, i mean .....

(j/k :p :D)

I suggest poking it with a finger you can spare before consumption ;p

Yeah, they seem fragile. I thnk they are thiner than a normal glass. I used to use them for italian sodas

It looks like a thermocline indeed. You can probably still drink it, i doubt its a chemical reaction responsible for this effect.
Yes, it could be as simple as a thermocline. The warmed up liquid just not being as effective at fluorescing thereby allowing the thermocline to become visible under 405 nm light. Good call.

Yeah I agree that the laser is heating the liquid. Florescent objects absorb much of UV light.

But I wouldn't drink it, oh not because of the laser, that crap is terrible for your teeth. :p

nice ,see if it works in a different GLASS it could be something weird happening to the vessel. i got a new reaction with my spartan tonight i was shining it through a window at home and as i moved it sideways it had a inch and a half yellow tail following the dot like youd see on a comet. anyone seen it before illl video it if noone has

If you can try to get some stacker2 stinger energy drink. Blue cans. That stuff is florescent green/blue under normal light. Looks like nuclear waste lol.

that is awesome! kind of freaky its like irradiated energy liquid now. very interesting. lets see what other liquids we can laze now... hehe
