So waht exactly is that big glass looking thing around the green heatsink?

Is it to keep the WF green heatsink from touching the aluminum case, keeping everything electrically isolated?

Or it might be a shroud for the fan. To help collect the air movement...

Both. The idea is that the air movement should be contained and away from the optics. It sort of works but now I have thought up an allot better way of protecting the optics from dust and cr@p. I'll post pictures when its done, I am waiting on a 6x sled to replace the phr diode.

I think the clear plastic version of this enclosure is what jayrob, MISTERWILLING, and Sightfx used, same size even. Why did you have to remove the slots?

Now I'm running with a 6x blu-ray and a 650-G-1 lens for the red LCC. The output power is CRAZY

As I mentioned earlier I have made a better solution to keep the green laser cool, while not contaminating the optics with dust:

Dense foam cut to tightly fill the gap between the heat sink and the sled:

I filled all the little holes in the sled with hot glue:

I cut out the shape of the sled onto a 2mm thick piece of plastic:

And cut out some space to fit the dichro:

I also sanded the rim of the sled to make it perfectly flat so there are no gaps, and screwed on the top plate tight at the holes I made in the sled with a nut on the other side:

All I have to do now is mount a window at the aperture and then it should will be totally dust proof! I found something in the 6x sled that might be a perfect window with minimum loss...

I have also made a high capacity battery back!

3x 18650 250mAh with a combined total voltage of 12.6V

There is a 2A fuse with holder, on-off switch and low voltage/power on indicator. The low voltage circuit is based on zener diodes will indicate orange light when the voltage goes down to and below 9.1V. The LED is bi-colour, so I used the other die to indicate green when the power is on.

Nice mods, I take it you must be running it outside of a enclosure and this is why you put on all the dust proection.

The dust protection is because of the fan blowing on the green laser's heat sink. Cleaning the optics is very difficult, if not almost impossible, so this will make the maintenance a breeze.

Mannn that has to be the sickest laser I have seen in a while. It makes me really want to build a white fusion, but I am daunted by the fact that I'll probably mess it up horribly. I suck at assembling precision things like this. Great job!
