swap the connection on the battery or add a Double POle Double throw switch

I found a copy of one I posted some time back, this one uses 2 switches
One single pole switches it on and off
The other 2 pole changeover reverses one motor
Only one pot, wound right down gives the tunnel effect.

rog, mikeeey asked me about this because he has little to no knowledge of electronics so i made a diagram with pictures to make it understandable :)

(hey thx for the help anyway ;))

I posted it because yours didn't show the reversing switch (which I think was discussed :-/) and FML's link shows the reversing switch and not the whole circuit.

Mine also shows that you need a separate on/off switch because a double pole, centre off switch, will reverse both motors....

rog8811 thanks for the diagram, but i must admit I'm a noob in electronics, and nikoapo's drawing is very easy for me to understand lol.

Quote from PM....
nikokapo's picture was very easy to understand, although it doesnt have the reverse switch, and yours does. Is there any way your could show me in Niko's drawing where the switch goes in?:

As mikeeey asked for a reversing switch in your drawing NC, I hope you don't mind me modding it.

thanks rog! I am an epic noob when it comes to electronics so could you clear up what you have added here in the picture?

I take it the reversing switch has 4 places to attach the wire? and the switch will switch the circuit? In the picture it looks like there are only 2 spots for the wires, and the other 2 wires are just hanging there and you have to manual connect them.

Hopefully I covered the connections to the switches in my PM to you, I hope it was understandable...once you get the switch give me a make/model and I will do you a schematic for wiring that specific one. The trouble is there are so many types that a symbol drawing was all I could do that works for all switches.

You are correct with your marking of the switches on the drawing.

[edit] I have added a typical switch connection diagram, I hope it helps ;)[/edit]

Can someone tell me If i have made this graph right? I have added a 3rd motor. This is without the reversing switch. If this is correct then I will make an image of 3 motors and a reversing switch.

If you compare it again to my drawing you will see that you have missed out part of the reversing switch.
There should be another terminal below the row of three to the left of the switch, it will be connected to the top terminal, (light green wire).

The wiring to the 3rd motor is correct ;)

Just noticed this comment.....
I take it the reversing switch has 4 places to attach the wire? and the switch will switch the circuit? In the picture it looks like there are only 2 spots for the wires, and the other 2 wires are just hanging there and you have to manual connect them.

As explained in my PM the reversing switch is like 2 switches side by side, operated by the same button/lever.  Each half of the switch has 3 contacts..... I have tried another drawing to see if it helps..... :-/  The purple lines are the the bits inside the switch which moves from one contact to the other when you move the lever, they carry the power from one side of the switch to the other.....

.........I have got to say I am running out of ways to explain this, hopefully when you get the parts it will all become clearer
