Not exactly; I have it set up so it can either be constant on or push button on. Both are variable via turnpot ≈100mW to 60W. For this test, push-button at full power was used. For the next one I'll slowly ramp up the power rather than ramping up the pulse duration.

Very awesome movie... for completeness could be another webcam for recording everything from the outside :D

For the next one I'll slowly ramp up the power rather than ramping up the pulse duration.
I'm really interested at how much (or little) it takes to kill a cmos or ccd sensor. Tis quite fun.
@Flaming cam pic- Ouch! Damn awesome seeing flames flowing up out of it "eye" like that.

This would be your 60W co2 yes? Its a beauty :D
