Thought I'd post some pics up of my latest Ebay purchase..
Ended up paying $16.00 with only 1 other bidder, I'd also like to say sorry

From my understanding it's a Laserex LDP 150 from the AV series
This product was made in Australia in April 1995 by Laserex
Laserex Technologies Home Page - Laser Module, Laser Diode Modules
The laser itself runs a diode inside outputting a maximum of 3mW at 670nm +/- 10 (Output was confirmed on a LPM)
It requires 2x 9v batteries and has a light indicator up front so you know when it's on

Also I'd like to add if anyone has any extra information on this laser please let me know, As I couldn't find much at all
