"HALP HOW TO BUILD LASER POINTER" is not asking for help. Asking for help is providing as much info as you can, then asking for help. For example your budget, your preferred wavelength, what power you want, what batteries you want it to take. To answer his question as broad as it is would take a 60 page thesis.
