I just finished my first laser ;D i used kenom's tut for the dorcy mini. I can't believe how compact it is, i love the power for the small size. Right now I have one 10 ohm resistor that cuts the current to around 190ma. Easily lights matches: (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mz5AByAW0k8) in this vid, you can see that it took my about 10 sec to get the focus right and then it lit real quick.
