There is something wrong in the first video ..... all those lasers on a black panel, and not a single hole in it ..... not even a bit of smoke .....

I'm curious why every single one is running... Doesn't that make it used?

It's called a burn in period. If that makes the system used, then nearly every expensive electronic component you've ever owned is used.

Most electronic device manufacturers take their products and run them for a specific number of hours to ensure that they work properly at all temperature ranges and all conditions presented during the burn-in. This proves reliability and provides customer satisfaction.

TBH I don't know but I can contribute and say for graphics cards, some overclocked cards are chosen by putting cards in a room with a specific temperature, those that can handle the higher heat are cherrypicked and sold as more expensive faster units. Read that from xfx at least

If that factory was in the US, they would be shut down, fined, and probably sued by employees. That is an example of a lack of safety, no glasses, no fire suppression systems, no shields, plus they are way too close to eye level.

Most lasers are burned in for a couple days, I have seen most systems from the factory with ~100-200 hours on them, it's a quality check and makes sure they are unlikely to fail on the customer.
