bacon would probably be a bad idea - grease spatter could really screw the optics

I want to see a 2x4. plain old wood block! doesn't have to be that thick. but I wanna see it toast through the wood. 2" would be cool. I'd have to say the marshmellow was quite a bit of a letdown. but given the power it doesn't suprise me it caught on fire!

I've just tried a 2x4, and it just doesn't go through. Not in under 60 seconds anyway. Strangely enough, it'll pass through a 1x4 in less than 4 seconds.
