I had 5 minutes and I took few picts with some of my pointers behind my house with the snow. All pics were taken with an iPod touch.

Nothing special just wanted to share with the community :D

The pointers are (from left to the right):
DIY 1.2W 445 nm pointer;
Laserglow Rigel 2;
Optotronics 190 mW 532 nm pen;
a 170 mW 650 nm pointer.

No worries man, they're good shots! Steady, mostly in focus, and with good contrast. I'm surprised you could see the Rigel-2's beam so well, was the snow denser to the eye than the camera?

Can't wait until my Rigel-6 comes in!

Yes, the snow could be seen better with the naked eye :D
BTW I recommend to post pictures of your Rigel-6 when it comes, because I'm curious too ;)

Nice shots! How do you keep the cold from stopping your 532 from lasing?
Yours is a pen styled like mine and I cant keep it warm enough to keep running .

That's strange, i have a opto pen only rated a bit lower and it seems to perform better from cold.
