Hey now we're talking! Still can't get over that kind of divergence, love looking at shots like these.

Nice, I love the dusk shot at the palm tree. Really gives an appreciation for just how bright that thing is. Seems like quality 532nm lasers have kinda fallen out of favor lately since the introduction of green laser diodes. It's refreshing to see something other than the usual laser 303 type junk.

I'm still waiting to see what happens with those XPL units. If that thing doesn't turn out I might just need to get a 532nm PL-E from Jetlasers.

I thought those would be nice. It certainly doesn't disappoint. It does have great divergence too. I wouldn't expect that out of an XPL 532nm. How is the duty cycle? It seems to be well sinked.

Thanks Paul! The DragonLasers website says a duty cycle of 4mins, but LaserGlow sells the same model I believe which they call the Aries and they state theirs has 100% duty cycle which is strange since I believe these are the exact same lasers. Either way, I keep a 4min cycle :D

Thanks! Yeah, never had much interest for 520 lately as the color is too close to 532(at least to me). And yes, a palm tree in front of you as you hold a powerful 532 laser. What else could I have possibly shone it at? :D

Nice shots Alex. The beam specs look really good. Is the divergence less than 1mRad?

It looked good in the images, so that was what I was suspecting. It may be 1.2mRad. :)

I still love my 532's for their great beam quality, sure directs are robust, but 532's are so clean and tight.

Looks like you have a winner there :D, Nice pics.
