Woah... Laser rainbow all the way!

Very cool... Makes my laser seem like it goes pew pew in comparison. I wonder how they got all those colors? Like if they actually had seven 15 watt lasers? (I know the actual wattage would vary per laser, but an average roughly)

Where was this? Looks awesome

Yes, I'd say they would use multiple high powered lasers. For example, they could use Argon to get most of the blue and green lines, and then Krypton to get the reds. The video name suggests it was somewhere in Berlin.

That is nothing i got one of those in my back yard. Iam the one that turns the Rainbow on when is after it rains:crackup: j/k:)

 WoW that is beautiful. I like it better then the real thing. Does anyone know if its stationary or was it like a 1 time show set up.? I know its large so iam sure it took some time to set it up but is it in a fixed place and lights up every night.? I cant find any information on this.

Wish i could see it in person.:) I look at my rainbow all the time. I am a beam type of guy rather then a burner so thats my favorite part seeing all the colors together makes my day every time no matter what if iam upset or mad once i see a beam from my laser or Rainbow i totally get in a good mood and forget about everything that was bothering me.

Anyone feels this same way were lasers makes you happy even if you are having a bad day.? Iam talking about working laser not when you break them.:p

lol if all LPF members combine all the blue or greens together we won't come even close to 1 of those beams lmao

or would we ??? :p

depends on the wavelength.

445nm is "only" 8,5W thats easy to beat.
532nm with 10,5W would be more difficult but not impossible.
red would be easy too, because of all the dilda burners. but only if we can use the common 660nm instead of the used 628nm...

With cyan (457nm + 514nm = 24,5W!!!) and blue (547nm + 488nm = 12W) I think we would have no chance.

I think we could do it with 445nm since we can drive one up to 2w now.

Red: 628nm 15.8W
Orange: 628+532nm 15W
Yellow: 628+532nm 19.5W
Green: 532nm 10.5W
Cyan: 457+518nm 24.5W
Blue: 457+488nm 12W
Blue: 445nm 8.5W

Note that this was done without diode lasers.

Piece of cake. A lot of laser companies (CNI, Viasho, Laserglow, etc.) have representatives that are members of this forum. :yh:

Now, the rest of us, on the other hand...
