Most of the parts are being fixed to the aluminum sheet and then fixed to the housing, things like the PSU which cant touch the aluminum I am looking for some little pillars to keep it from touching it, I will use something else to keep them cool.

I did think of 2 fans, one to suck air in and over the components and another to blow it out again.

i see, why cant you mount the psu to the alum sheet? just earth the housing

what easier to rig up some fans, more wires and hassle???

its easier to mount straight to the alum sheet which is the whole purpose of the sheet. then you wont need fans etc

do it properly first time and it wont cause you problems later

Earthing the whole thing is easier than mounting stuff on pillars.... all you have to do is connect a wire to the casing, and wire it to mains ground....

Oh, unless the PSU's arent in a casing, and have solder joins exposed underneath?

Red laser PSU are very exposed, 240 volts going through it... sneeze on it and it will cause a problem.
