its just a normal spirograph.

sadly the power going to the laser is only 30ma, which means i need a whole new switch for the new laser.

Scopeguy20 sent me one of these several months ago. I ripped out the 3 mW and put in a new diode turned up to 55 mW. Now you can see it !!

I bought a second one from Spencer gifts on sale and put it in front of my ArIon.
I also remoted the controls so I can sit back and play.

Here's both running... 55 mW 660 nM and 30 mW of 488 nM.

Andy --

I used the small Aixiz module for mine.  The module in there is a POS for anything over 5 mW.  Then a series pot to limit the current.  I kept it at 55 mW because there's only 3 aaa cells for power. :-?
Plug it in and let it rip !!
