I run a stage lighting company in charleston SC, we have never worked with lasers before but the electronic scene is taking off.

I have found a company that makes DMX controllable laser scanners.
I just dont know the difference in diode strength
All 3 scanners have the same optics/mirror but I need help comparing the
brightness/overall impact on the audience

100mw 473nm blue
500mw 445nm blue(?)
500mw 532nm green

Im guessing the green would draw the most attention?
which of the 2 blues would be more noticable?

If anyone knows of any companies selling DMX controlled laser scanners that you would recommend I would greatly appreciate a link.

Thanks for any and all help.

green would be extremely brighter then the rest, next up the 445nm most likely

^Agreed.. For blue 473nm is OK, but the advantages of 445 (which include cost, being a diode instead of DPSS, and increased atmospheric visibility due to the shorter wavelength) make it a better choice.

Quite a bit.. Green is right at the peak of human color sensitivity, which means it is always perceived as being brighter mW for mW.

At least 3 times brighter in my estimation.
