so fingers crossed it will have some amazing colours

Nice.. should be pretty rich in terms of color even with just 3 channels of modulation. Adding 405 to 473 makes for one HELL of a blue. The two reds will only add to that..

wow, that will produce some cool colors, do you think using 2 reds so close in wavelength to one another will have any real effect?

635nm and 650nm really arent close. if you see them both together there is a massive difference.

another example is 473 and 455.

455 looks more like blu-ray on its own and 473 is alot brighter

that's a sweet case Andy! I know you're in the UK, but do you have the capacity to build these for others?

certanly do, any shape size.

to any spec really, only down side is postage costs from the UK.

i go into my metal place with a simple hand drawn plan and they knock these cases up for me.

havent paid for this one yet so not sure on the cost, but the others i have for my 1.45w green and 1.75w RRGBV costs like £350 sprayed, that included two 6mm thick alum plates. not cheap granted but the quality is second to none

Looks VERY PROFESSIONALLY MADE Andy. Truly an awesome beginning for your scanner. Man, that looks like you bought a Scanner from a dealer, & gutted it to put your own electronics in. rob
