i cant finish it will i get the correct dichro and the scanner psu sorted.

the scanner psu has never been used but its fooked. its ticking and only outputting 2.5v

Seems like mounting the dichro would be more of a problem than getting one that will work.. a normal pass green reflect red dichro would do it, it's just going to have to be at a different angle.

As for the PSU, is that not a warranty concern?

no these scanners are a year old, its just this is the first time ive used them

definitely will be at 45 deg, but horizontally rather than vertically since the red is coming down from above. Won't this require the mount to be mounted perpendicularly to the bottom plate?

^yes, i was thinking the same thing, but considering how well the project has been progressing so far im sure he'll have no problem. He might end up mountning it to another plate that is then set perpendicular to the base plate.

You may already know this, but since the green beam is missing the mirrors you can rotate the round module inside the heatsink of the green laser by loosening the set screw on the bottom rear of the heatsink. This is an easy way to bring the beam up a bit, and will probably out it square on the mirrors.

dont worry there is a peice os alum to go under the green its just not there in those pics

just got one problem sorted so only one left now.

i need a new psu for my 20k scanners, if anyone has a spare one?

replacement diode? do you mean the 808? you can get em on ebay, i brought a 1watt 808. i plan on buying a new 50mw green from aixiz and putting the 1watt 808 in, ive been told i should see results of 100-150mw of green light

am waiting for the case to be made and the alum base plate to be cut down to size

am currently working on another projector at the moment -

532nm
635nm
650nm
473nm
405nm

all in one projector
