Sweet man!!! So, would you consider this a true white projector? Also, how much are the Lasever 473nm modules? An RGB projector would be my end goal in this hobby and a set-up like this would be a good way to boost power without spending crazy amounts of cash!

^It is a whitelight laser, yes. I believe andy is using analog modulation in his system, which results in a possible color palette of 16.7 million colors, although due to the lousy modulation characteristics of DPSS lasers, this is rarely realized in the real world.

@f22: Most diode-based 650-660nm multimode lasers like that will not fit entirely on the mirrors..

And as I said on PL.. Lookin' great Andy. Lovely work!

:bowdown::bowdown:
does it have analog or TTL modulation? how many colours is it giving?
I think the price of lasers ONLY is about 2000$

yep the beam from 635nm modules are always massive and never fit on the standard galvo mirrors.

i wouldnt use anything other than analogue ;)

and totally agree the dpss module have poor modulation.

I'm so loving your builds.... i am still working on mine.

Once i am finished it will be:
2x 100mW 405
2x 200mW 650
1x 100mW 532
DT40pro scanners

Aligning is not my friend and i haven't got the scanners to work yet as there seems to be a contact issue with some wires, need to solder them on i got told.
