Ok, about to order stuff, probably tomorrow.. Need to know. Which is better. LaserShow Xpress lite, or Spaghetti? Both are roughly the same price. Going to order a RIYA multibus lite and Dr Lava has bundles of LSX-lite with it, or the RIYA by itself + a Spaghetti license would run the same amount.

Just need to know which way I need to go. heh.

From what I can tell though, Spaghetti seems.. less limited.. compared to LSX lite.. at least in the multiple projector department.

How many projectors and DACs do you have?

LSX Lite can always be upgraded to more projectors in the future if/when you find the need. The reason LSX Lite is limited to one projector is that it offers professional-quality features for that one projector. LSX offers extremely smooth output, a built-in frame editor, ILD SOS, abstracts, raster frames and video, oscilloscope-type audio visualization, true type and laser optimized fonts, and a lot more features than that, including 80 original shows.

Just letting you know so that you can make an informed decision based on factors that you will actually use.

Yes yes, I read the webpages and feature lists already heh. :D

I was just asking people who might have used both their opinions. :p

After all. One never puts all their faith in what the car salesman tells them.

Right now i'm kind of leaning towards just getting LSX pro and being done with it.. though I have one question.. How do upgrades work, as far as new versions?

And right now, it's 0 DAC's and 0 projectors, but both of those will soon be 1.. and will only go up from there.

^ was gonna suggest that too. I haven't had a look at drlava's software, but I know Spaghetti is packed full of features too. Get it for $20 while you can, I would too but I'm a poor student at the moment :(
