Oh k. Yes, I remember the first time I watched a projector. Mesmerizing, isn't it?

But now you will want to buy more and more, better and better.. Run, before it's too late! :na:
ive watched projectors for longer periods in professional shows...but having one at home is awesome :D

It was $1300, however I got it for free because it's for an event me and some buddies are planning, and the budget paid for it :D

good optics, diode cases and mirror mounts. but super crap galvos

Try to replace them with Scanpros if dont want to to 100% from scratch

scanpro's say they are 30kpps but they achieve that only at 8 degrees scanning angle. i dont like that.

This morning something of my clothes hooked up with my projector then it dropped on the floor. a not so hard but also not so soft floor. i think it was hit on its side but i am not sure.
Anyways it stopped working...
all LED's inside are lit, cooling is on and working, but the lasers and galvos wont do a thing.
I made a video showing the projector and with a bit more explaining.
like i said in the video, the lasers do turn on at the beginning when flipping the power switch so there has to be some power in there. it just wont create the show. (it always acted like this. half a second blink all lasers then after 2 seconds starting the show)

I want to ask you to watch and listen to the video and help me.
i hope you guys can help me out...

Looks like a failure in the PT-itrust board since everything seems to be working except the built-in show.. Are you positive all the connectors and stuff are properly connected?

Yes with the projector unplugged go around and unplug each cable then plug it back in (so you dont get them confused). One may be sitting there looking like its plugged in but has actually worked itself loose enough to stop the system working.

Still waiting on my replacement red diode. Hurry up O-like :)

BUMPYDUMPY time!
the flightcase i used was way to big so i made some changes using wood

and here you can see how well the isolation between the wood, the fan filter and the uv filter does its job:

was a long day today, but im happy with the results.
next week im trying to get stickers, somewhere in the netherlands. (anyone knows a good shop?)
Then i also need some kind of hook system to hang the projector on the ceiling and to carry it around.
