You just need to supply the minium voltage but with enough current supply where the voltage won't drop. so if the LD needs 4.6 and your driver needs 1.5v you will need at the very least 6.1v but with all your LD's you will need a lot of current. so plug in psu's should have no problem supplying all this

I cannot find any decent 6 volt (+2 amp) power supplies so I am instead thinking of using something like this:
5 VOLT AC/DC POWER SUPPLY - RS-15-5, Mean Well RS-15-5
* The output can be adjusted up to 5.5 volts.

So 5.5 volts minus the 1.5 volt driver overhead is 4 volts total.

Is 4 volts enough to power a 445 blue diode and 2 volts enough to power each of my 2 LOC red diodes in series?

What is the minimum voltage needed to power a 445 diode?

I run my 445 with a flexmod off of a 5VDC supply without issue

i have the correct dichros already. they are the ones from the casio projectors. but they are rectangular. i am wondering if i should get creative with mounting those or just buy the o-like ones with their mounts for 36 plus shipping.

any advice plz

i have no idea how the o-like dichros perform (dont think anyone has reviewed them yet) but those mounts are completely worthless... they are missing important adjustments

I just ordered the following parts:
https://www.ctlasers.com/purchases/dichroic-filter-p-54.html
https://www.ctlasers.com/purchases/mirror-mount-p-59.html

What type of glue do I use to attach the PBS cube to the mount? Can I use a glue gun or should I use silicone or something that is more permanent? Also, does it matter which dichroic filter comes first? I had the O-like ones (crap) and those were used with the reflect blue and at the end just before hitting the galvos. Since I have plenty of 445 blue to spare I would like to put that dichroic first just after the green laser. Any suggestions?

Not many free apps for a sound card DAC except LFI Laser Show 3D Player which is mainly used to play ILDA frames and "spin" them around in 3D. Can also do live shows but I have not experimented with that yet.

I paid $119 for Spaghetti (and $50 for another license for my laptop) and I am very happy with it so far. Check out this show I made a video of:

YouTube - Laser Projector - Mr. Vain
* Watch past the 1 minute marker :)
