What is this I can't buy any more lasers off of DX! If i am in the US am i able to sell my laser to someone off of ebay in the US?

no no no i put it up before paypal enforced that law thingy, and someone bought it a few hours ago, can i send it to him if i am in the US and he is in the US?

Sure, that wouldn't go through customs. I'm sure you're not supposed to traffic contraband, but it's not like the post service is going to X-ray your package and see if it's a non-FDA approved laser.

so if i send it from california to texas, and customs catches it, does it just get sent back to me, or confiscated?

Customs is only for importation of goods from other countries, not inter-state commerce. Unless there is real good reason to, like a ticking timebomb sound or leaking, etc., packages are not opened and inspected if sent within the USA.

baha lol, so basically i cant buy off of DX or anywhere else outside of the US. but if i buy from dragonlasers, or wickedlasers, it will work?

dont buy from those companys! and dx no longer allows you to check out.

you can still buy from other countries just dont use ems for shipping

So wats another good, cheap place to buy lasers for the US. prefferably based in the US.

The funny thing is that I think there are some states with archaic laws forbidding sexual toys from being trafficked around.
