That is asking what you want them to put on the shipping forms - whether they declare the package as being worth the full value, or only the "cost price" of the items, since this is the maximum shippers will pay if the package is lost/damaged. You don't pay this, it is only what they declare on the package.

Hey Charlie,

I planned on placing an order as well, but when I went to the checkout to check postage, and selected UK shipping address it constantly gave me $65... which is quite a lot.

Would the give away be 4:00pm GMT?

I think it depends on weight and size - but I can get stuff shipped to me for under $10, but that's untracked, uninsured, thrown in a standard envelope. I can get insured and tracked for $25.54.

EDIT: Yes, you're right about the time.

Everyone who wants to make a breathalyser buy the mq-3 sensor, I don't know how but I'll try to make one. I hope to make something that works xD

Their servers are already overloaded and timing out - there is no way their website is gonna load once free day actually arrives.
