I'm assuming these don't come with overcharge protection? :p
not really sure
i tried looking on the batteries website juicebattery.com but could not find out.

i know they state that the battery doesn't have to be drained before charging and that you can "top it off" anytime you'd like, not sure if that is normal for unprotected batteries.

and i know they automatically shut off when they are done charging in my charger (but i also have a juice brand charger)

Well, if they're like Trustfires from DX, they'll have a PCB attached on the bottom side, but I'm not sure if you can find out just by looking, might have to cut them open.

If you don't mind, try and compare them with the a regular CR123A and see if they're a little longer. That might be enough to tell if they have said protection PCB.

:) my thumb is all better...mostly....tip of it is numb....cut too deep i guess...and it tends to start bleeding when i tinker and use it on accident.

i'm use to it, i tried getting into wood carving for a couple months...so my fingers are scarred up from razor blades.

these batteries are 4.25V once they quit charging......haven't ran one down yet though....
