My guess is that these are multimode, yeah? But maybe not
EDIT 2: Yeah, these are those nasty multimode ones. The divergence is awful - 7/35
How will these diodes compare to the A140's in terms of beam profile?
Just wondering if this will be worth it for use in a projector, 1W of 638nm would be amazing

Yeah, if they are real i'm probably going to start a group buy for the 500mW ones (or suggest that another member starts one), as i'm going to need 3 (two for projector, one for a portable build)
